A 13th season premiered in April 2021.    If a storage facility remains empty for more than three months, it can be auctioned off with a single lot for an auction that is cash-only. The auction follows professional buyers who visit storage facilities across the state to bid on the lockers. When each locker is auctioned, the buyers are given five minutes to examine the contents from the doorway but aren't allowed to be allowed to enter the locker, or even be near any of the items.
